Transitions by design.
I spent twenty-five years designing places for other people. Somewhere in there it became clear that the same questions apply at a smaller and far more consequential scale: what a working life is actually made of, and whether the person living it chose it or inherited it.
Rejigger Atelier is where I do that work. It is a life and career redesign practice based in Lausanne, working in English, for transitions that resist easy categorization — the move to another country, the portfolio career that will not fit a job title, the accompanying partner whose own work went quiet, the architect or designer who is good at the job and no longer wants it.
The method is the one I use on buildings. Look hard at what is actually there, in detail, before deciding what ought to change. Self-knowledge and action are weak apart.
